Methods of Payment - We currently accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Sorry we do not accept Checks, Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, Western Union, or Gift Cards including those with the Visa or MasterCard logo.

Retail Store - Sorry mail order only.

Shipping Information - We try to ship orders out the same day, but from time to time we do get backed up and may take up to 7 days to ship an order. If we cannot get it shipped out the same day we will notify you within 24 hours via email.

All orders are shipped out of Long Beach, California via UPS Ground. UPS Ground only ships Monday thru Friday so please keep that in mind when considering transit time. To give an idea of time it transit, orders to New York generally take 5 days, states surrounding California about 1-2 days, and everywhere in between about 3-4 days.

To find the price of shipping, add all the items that you would like to order to the 'Cart', in the upper right-hand corner, click on 'Cart' link, click on the 'View Cart' button, under shipping click on 'Add Info' link, enter all of your shipping information and click on the 'Estimate Shipping' button. The shipping rate will display on the shipping line item. If there is no shipping rate displayed its most likely that we do not ship to that location.

We currently only ship within the United States to non APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Sorry no international orders or PO Boxes.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies - Status Suspension does not give refunds, or accept cancellations, but we do allow exchanges. Exchanges must be within five days of delivery, the merchandise must be in original form and condition, and it must also have the original packaging. If the merchandise is altered, or modified in any way, shape, or form, an exchange will not be allowed. Please contact us by email to let us know that you want to exchange merchandise, then wait for a confirmation before sending any exchanges. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on all exchanges.

After we have approved the exchange we will email you an invoice for the cost to ship the new item plus the cost of shipping the item back to us. That price will be the same price that you paid to have the item shipped to your location plus $1. Please ship the item back in the box you received it in, make sure to repackage the item with adequate packing material and tape to ensure the package will not get damaged during shipping. After the invoice is paid and we receive and inspect the item we will then ship out the new item.
