How much does shipping cost?
-To find the price of shipping, add all the items that you would like to order to the 'Cart', in the upper right-hand corner, click on 'Cart' link, click on the 'View Cart' button. Under shipping click on 'Add Info' link, enter all of your shipping information and click on the 'Estimate Shipping' button. The shipping rate will display on the shipping line item. If there is no shipping rate displayed its most likely that we do not ship to that location.

Do you ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses?
-Sorry no, not at this time.

Where do you ship?
-We only ship within the United States of America.

Do you ship internationally?
-Sorry no, not at this time.

Which shipping carrier do you use?
-We use UPS ground

How long will shipping take?
-We ship from Long Beach, CA; it generally takes 5 days to New York, 1-2 days in California and surrounding states, and 3-4 days for everywhere in between. Please note that UPS Ground only ships Monday-Friday.

My gift card with a Visa or Master card logo is not working.
-We do not accept gift cards to eliminate the possibility of fraud. Sorry about that.

I know my credit or debit card has enough money on it, why wont it work?
-Most likely it's because you are entering a different address than is registered to your card. All orders must be shipped to the same address that's registered to your card.

How do I return my order?
-Please see our Policies page under Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies.

Can you do any better on the price?
-Sorry, we wish we could but we try to keep our prices the lowest in the industry so you always get the best price.

Why is shipping so high on a few parts?
-UPS uses Dimensional Weight formulas to calculate shipping which means UPS takes the length, width, and height and plugs it into a formula, if it's more than the weight, it' used to calculate the price. So, some handle bars and tires that don't weigh very much but are very large, will take larger boxes so shipping can be more than the actual part.  We are very sorry about that.

Are you a real company?
-Yes, we have been in business since 2006 and we don't plan on going anywhere.

Can I order over the phone?
-Sorry not at this time. We get very busy throughout the day packing and shipping orders so it is not always possible to answer the phone.

Where are you located?
-Long Beach, CA; but at this time we do not offer will call or in-store pickup.

Do you have a will call?
-At this time we do not offer will call or in store pickup.

How much is tax?
-Tax is only charged if you live in California and will be calculated when you enter all of your shipping information.

Will your parts fit the old Schwinn?
-Some parts will not. Our tires will not fit original Schwinn wheels. A good rule of thumb is if it has to go into a tube on the frame it most likely will not fit. All other parts should fit.

Is that part in stock?
-All of our parts are generally in stock unless it says so on the website. From time to time we will run out of stock on a part along with our distributor, if that happens you will be notified and your money will be refunded for that item.

Do you have a catalogue?
-No, not at this time, sorry about that, but you can always check our website.

Can I pay with a check, money order, or COD?
-Sorry no, just Credit and Debit Cards.

Will I get a tracking number?
-Yes, after your order is shipped out you will get an email with the UPS tracking number.

What is the difference between a Free Wheel and a Coaster Wheel?
-Coaster Wheels have brakes built into them so when you pedal backwards it stops the bike. When you back pedal with a Free Wheel it spins freely. You will need hand breaks with a Free Wheel.

What size bicycle parts do you sell?
-Currently we sell bike parts for all sizes.

What size bikes do you sell?
-Currently we sell 26, 20, and 16 inch bicycles.
