Bottom Bracket: Use 24T 5/16x9 Chrome or Gold 1/PC Bottom Bracket which can be found below or on the Bottom Bracket page.

Head Set: Use 22.2x32.5x27MM Chrome or Gold Head Set which can be found below or on the Head Set page.

Please Note: Because the seat post tube on the frame is twisted a standard seat post can not be inserted the full length of the post. So the seat post must be cut to the desired height them inserted into the frame and seat pan.
