Shipping Information:
We try to ship orders out the same day, but from time to time we do get backed up and may take up to 7 business days to ship an order. If we cannot get it shipped out the same day we will notify you within 24 hours via email.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Status Suspension does not give refunds, or except cancellations, but we do allow exchanges. Exchanges must be within thirty days of purchase, the merchandise must be in original form and condition, it must also have the original packaging. If the merchandise is altered, or modified in any way, shape, or form, an exchange will not be allowed. Please contact us by email to let us know that you want to exchange merchandise, then wait for a conformation before sending any exchanges. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on all exchanges.
